Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to every inbound caller
• Prepare detailed quotes and explain pricing
• Schedule moves and coordinate details with other team members
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on open leads
• Ensure every customer feels confident and supported.
• Generate leads through various advertising strategies
• Build relationships with repeat customers, realtors, and property managers
• Resolve customer claims
