Responsibilities:
- Translate from Spanish to English and English to Spanish for our Attorney team
-Communicate with clients in Spanish and English
-Audit paralegal packages, deadlines, court notes prior to it reaching attorneys and management teams
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies and interdepartmental coordination
-Printer and equipment maintenance
-Conduct Deadline Audits and ensure compliance
-Handle Escalations and promote Customer Service
Requirements:
- Must be 100% fluent in Spanish and English
-Proven experience in office or auditor settings
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong training development skills
