Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Honolulu, HI, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. As an Associate Attorney at Porter Kiakona Kopper, LLC, you will provide legal counsel, draft legal documents, conduct thorough research, and analyze complex legal matters. Your responsibilities will include negotiating on behalf of clients, delivering sound legal advice, and assisting with other related legal issues. You will collaborate closely with experienced attorneys and work on diverse cases related to community association law, real estate, and civil litigation.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Law
- Proficient in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research
- Excellent Negotiation skills for effective conflict resolution
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Hawai'i
- Experience in condominium and community association law or real estate law is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and work both independently and collaboratively
