We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine fabrication specifications.
- Cut, shape, and assemble FRP materials using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to meet project requirements.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely for materials handling and transportation.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot fabrication issues and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.
- Prepare molds, layup materials, and apply resin systems accurately for consistent product quality.
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, trimming, and polishing fabricated components for optimal appearance and performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience with manufacturing or fabrication environments, preferably involving composite materials like FRP.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
- Familiarity with materials handling procedures and warehouse operations.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of carpentry, millwork, or construction practices is advantageous.
- Experience with assembly processes, including working with various hand tools and measuring devices.
- Prior warehouse experience demonstrating efficiency in managing materials and equipment logistics.
