Plumbing Program Coordinator – Put Your Experience to Work (No Teaching Experience Needed)

We’re looking for industry professionals, not career teachers. If you know Plumbing, we’ll teach you how to teach.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Plumbing Program Coordinator, you’ll bring real-world experience into the classroom and lab, showing students how the trade actually works — not just how it looks in a book.
You will:
- Have a hand in Instructional Delivery
- Student Service
- Share jobsite knowledge, troubleshooting tips, and best practices
- Mentor students at different skill levels — from beginners to advanced learners
- Prepare students for licensing, certification, and real-world success
- Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development
- Work independently while being supported by an experienced education team
No lesson plans from scratch, no education degree required — we provide curriculum, training, and support.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of hands-on Plumbing experience
- CT P1 or P2 License
- 3 years classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level preferred
- 3 years of successful leadership or management experience preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
