What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assisting Program Coordinator position at Porter & Chester Instit?
The Dental Assisting Program Coordinator will have a hand in:
- Instructional Delivery
- Student Service
- Subject Matter Expertise
- Faculty Management, Mentoring, and Training
- Program Administration
Position Requirements:
- Graduate of a Dental Assisting or Dental Hygiene program
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) through the DANB required; must be willing to obtain within 90 days of start date if hired
- CPR certification required
- 3 or more years of recent Dental Assisting or Dental Hygiene experience required
- 3-5 years’ classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level preferred
- 5 years of successful leadership and management experience preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
