Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative professional to own all inbound leads and generate new leads. You will be the first point of contact for prospects reaching out via our website, marketing campaigns, emails, and forms. Your mission is to quickly qualify them and potentially hand off high-potential opportunities to our outbound sales team or leadership for closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to all inbound leads from marketing emails, website inquiries, phone calls, and other channels within the same business day.
- Qualify leads using discovery questions (industry fit, cash flow needs, invoice volume, decision-maker status, etc.).
- Provide timely, professional responses and build initial rapport with prospects.
- Accurately update CRM with lead details, qualification notes, and status.
- Distribute qualified leads to the appropriate outbound sales team members with clear hand-off notes.
- Execute follow-up sequences (calls, emails, texts) for inbound leads that need nurturing.
- Manage texting campaigns for inbound prospects using provided templates.
- Track and report inbound lead metrics (volume, qualification rate, conversion) for weekly Monday pipeline meetings.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to refine lead forms, qualification scripts, and response templates.
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional brand representation at all times.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or lead qualification experience (financial services or B2B preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with CRM systems (experience with Salesforce or similar a plus).
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of invoice factoring or commercial finance is a strong plus but not required.
