About the Company:
Porter Blue Apparel is a premium, sustainable denim brand designed for the modern woman. We prioritize "Slow Fashion" through waterless finishing, recycled hardware, and BCI Cotton. We are currently looking for motivated, independent agents to expand our footprint in Los Angeles.
The Compensation Model (Tiered Accelerator)
We offer a competitive, performance-based commission structure designed to reward top-tier talent:
Tier 1: 10% Commission on standard net sales.
Tier 2 (Accelerator): 12% Commission upon reaching territory volume milestones.
Tier 3 (Elite): 15% Commission for high-volume growth and new account acquisitions.
Residuals: Commissions are paid on all recurring re-orders for accounts you manage.
What You’ll Do
Drive Growth:Open new accounts within contemporary boutiques and premium retailers.
Manage Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale buyers in your territory.
Brand Advocacy: Educate retailers on the value of sustainable denim and Porter Blue’s unique eco-friendly fits (Wanderer Flare, Rebel Straight, etc.).
Showroom/Travel: Present seasonal collections through digital line sheets or physical samples (as needed).
Requirements
Established Network: You must have an existing "book of business" with contemporary fashion boutiques.
Industry Experience: 3 years in wholesale apparel sales (experience in denim or premium contemporary is a plus).
Independent Mindset: This is a 100% commission-only, 1099 role. We are looking for self-starters who already carry a portfolio of non-competing brands.
Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in eco-friendly manufacturing and ethical fashion.
