Greeter/Lot Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Greeter/Lot Attendant to provide exceptional guest services at our dealership. This role involves welcoming visitors, assisting with parking, and ensuring a positive first impression for all customers and guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality, dealership operations, or delivery driving is a plus.

Duties

• Greet customers and visitors warmly upon arrival, providing excellent guest service.
• Assist with parking vehicles efficiently in parking areas, ensuring safety and organization.
• Direct guests to appropriate areas or staff members as needed.
• Drive vehicles within dealership premises using manual transmission when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and surrounding areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support dealership events or promotions as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Knowledge of parking regulations and layout is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base.
• Experience as a delivery driver or cashier is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
