- Assist with routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs under supervision
- Support more experienced technicians with diagnostics and minor repairs using hand tools and power tools
- Help perform wheel alignments, tire services, and basic mechanical inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling heavy lifting, parts, and tools during service procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining basic maintenance needs and answering customer questions when appropriate
- No previous dealership or automotive repair experience required; however, dealership experience is a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with automotive systems preferred
- Prior experience with automotive diagnostics or service technician roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and other automotive service equipment
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during repairs
- Strong interest in automotive maintenance, repair, and customer service
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive industry
