Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team! The right candidate is driven, customer-focused, and passionate about helping people find the right vehicle — whether they're buying their first car or their tenth.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, assess their needs and preferences, and match them with suitable vehicles
- Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and answer questions thoroughly and professionally
- Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing options to close deals
- Maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and current pricing
- Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently in compliance with dealership policies
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and lot inventory
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while staying current on market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and address objections professionally
- Self-motivated with a dependable, positive work ethic
- Dealer Management System (DMS) experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Valid driver's license required
