Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Annapolis, MD, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and leading a sales-focused team. This role includes managing staff scheduling, coaching, and performance, while ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales targets and key performance metrics. The Store Manager monitors inventory, merchandising, and store appearance to maintain brand standards and a welcoming customer environment. Day-to-day tasks involve engaging customers, resolving escalated issues, and promoting AT&T products and services to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Store Manager also enforces company policies, supports retail loss prevention efforts, and prepares regular reports on store performance.
Qualifications
