Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager located in Fayetteville, NC. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading and mentoring sales associates, driving sales performance, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Other responsibilities include managing inventory, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
