Responsibilities
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand tools and power tools.
- Assemble and install cabinets, shelves, drywall, and other fixtures as needed.
- Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and plumbers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide estimates for project timelines and material costs, managing resources effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a carpenter in residential and commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including framing, finish work, and cabinetry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to carpentry work.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools common in the carpentry trade.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Part-time | Flexible hours
Work between 6:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday–Saturday
