What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at Portable Solutions Group, Inc.?
Position Overview:
Service PSG product in the field and build PSG product on the production floor
Key Responsibilities:
- · Install/start up PSG product at customer sites
- · Train site personnel in operation and maintenance of PSG product
- · Make service calls to customer sites to repair PSG product
- · Provide telephone/email/Teams support for field service issues
- · Assemble product on the Manufacturing floor as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- · Technical degree in electrical / electronics
- · Technical degree in plumbing technology
- · Technical degree in construction or manufacturing
- · Three years’ experience in related field
Technical Skills:
- · Drawing/schematic reading
- · Become an expert on PSG product components
- · Troubleshooting
- · Safe use of power and hand tools, multimeter, and other diagnostic tools
Success Attributes:
- · Willingness to travel as customer service needs require
- · Excellent customer relation skills
- · Self-starter: perform work with little or no supervision
- · Team player: coordinate work within a multi-discipline craft group
PAY: $3.00 per hour field premium is added to your current rate of pay for all hours worked in the field
HOURS: 6:00A-4:30P(when in town- when traveling hours could be extended)
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
