Job Summary

The Yard Hand Position is a key role on the Operations Team. This team member will wash, stock, repair and load portable restroom units. This is a full time position, at times requiring weekend and/or overtime availability. **Please note**, this is a seasonal position, with the option for extension into the rest of the year. If only seasonal, this position will be approximately May through October.

Qualifications:

• Applicant must have experience driving a full size Pickup Truck or commercial truck
• Applicant must pass MVR record check, per insurance requirements, as well as a pre employment drug test and ergonomic test
• Be able to perform basic automotive services, including proper use of tire chains when necessary
• Be able to interface with customers at each stop, as required
• Take responsibility for specific check in and check out procedure at defined stops, delivering and picking up equipment when necessary
• Be able to listen, take and follow directions from all Service and Administrative Staff/Management

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash, stock, repair and load portable restrooms to go out for events and construction
• Deliver and pick up restrooms as needed, driving a truck and trailer
• Serve as a backup restroom technician as needed
• Empty the truck at the Disposal Site
• Perform all work duties in a safe and timely manner, and in compliance with all safety standards
• Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. In addition, perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. on a frequent basis during work shifts.
• Be able to interact with clients in a professional manner
• Professional behavior, accountable work ethic, flexible schedule
• Wash and prep portables and trailers as needed
• Other duties as assigned
