Portabellos of Kennett Square is currently seeking professional Servers/Bartenders to join our team. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables for service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant server or bartender roll is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions effectively.
