What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Driver position at Port Washington?
6:30am- 9:30am and/or 1:45pm- 5:15pm
Drives school bus on an "as needed" basis transporting students to and from school buildings and special events in a safe and clean environment. Maintains safety standards and proper conduct. Cleans bus and dispenses fuel for assigned vehicle. Performs related duties as requested.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age and older
- A CDL Class B or C license with a PS endorsement
- 30-hour School Bus Driver Training Certificate
- NYSED Fingerprint Clearance
- 19-A Qualified
- Subject to pre-employment physical and drug tests
- Extensive Background Check
