We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Chiller Technician with experience in the field who can serve as a subject matter expert on chillers. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in chiller systems, including centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers, as well as supervisory experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex installations, repairs, and maintenance on various types of chillers, including centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Lead and supervise a team of junior technicians, providing guidance, training, and mentorship
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize chiller performance and extend equipment life
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex chiller system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and control problems
- Perform start-up and commissioning of new chiller installations
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance
