Our client seeks a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team in Ramsey, New Jersey.
Job Summary:
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications. This role involves inspecting, testing, and reporting on materials, components, and finished products during various stages of the production process.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and pressure test machined, fabricated, electrical, and composite parts, reporting any issues found;

Inspection, marking & processing of bladders through to final assembly from cell production;

Inspection, marking & processing of bladders through to dispatch from cell production or final assembly;

Using hand metrology equipment for quality control parts;

Record all inspected/tested production and non-conforming activities against the worksheet daily;

Score quality of manufacturing products (internally/externally) to address areas of improvement as detailed on the cell scoring matrix Excel sheet.
- Must be able to stand for 6 – 8 hours per day.
Qualifications:

- One year of relevant professional experience
- Experience using basic & electronic metrology equipment
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Experience with ISO9001 QMS reporting a plus
