Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid Freelance Operations & Logistics Support role based in Savannah, GA. This position supports the physical execution of events and the behind-the-scenes work required to keep productions running smoothly. Responsibilities include loading and unloading vehicles, setting up and striking event spaces, moving equipment, supporting vendor arrivals, and maintaining inventory and facilities.
Some tasks may be completed remotely (communication, coordination, inventory tracking), but the role regularly requires on-site work during event installations, strikes, and warehouse prep days.
This work is hands-on and often physically demanding. You may be working in heat, cold, rain, or outdoor environments for extended periods. The job involves lifting, bending, carrying, driving between sites, and adapting to rapidly changing conditions. It requires someone dependable, steady, and willing to do what it takes to support the team on the ground.

Qualifications
• Strong logistical, operational, or facilities experience
• Ability to lift, move, and carry equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork-minded approach
• Strong organizational skills, especially with inventory and equipment
• Dependability, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in fast-paced or physically challenging conditions
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in events, production, installation, hospitality, landscaping, warehouse operations, or similar hands-on fields is a plus
