Essential Responsibilities
- Request booking information from shipping lines and accurately enter booking details into the BNI system.
- Upload Container Condition Reports (CCR) into BNI, including all loading materials used for each container.
- Request pickup numbers from shipping lines to support daily operations.
- Coordinate with container carriers and assist with transportation scheduling as directed by the Operations team.
- Perform and enter vehicle and container inspections into the BNI system, including uploading photographs when required.
- Accurately enter and maintain vehicle location information in the BNI system.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of operational documentation before processing.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve operational issues and ensure timely shipment processing.
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
