Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about ingredients, and provide personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and ingredients
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using Toast POS system
- Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures during beverage preparation
- Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and perform cashiering duties when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours at nightclub or banquet events
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and drink recipe measurements
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving, catering, or food service is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
