Job purpose
To provide leadership to two homes as a part of the agency Leadership Team and Joint Senior Team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED, one-year direct care experience, one year of supervisory or management experience (not necessarily in a formal position).
Working conditions, and Physical requirements
• Bend & Stoop: Occasionally ½ - 2 hours of work time
• Squat/crouch: Occasionally ½ - 2 hours of work time
• Climb stairs: Occasionally ½ - 2 hours of work time
• Overhead work: Occasionally ½ - 2 hours of work time
• Kneel: Occasionally ½ - 2 hours of work time
• Push/pull: Occasionally ½ - 2 hours of work time
• Lifting/carrying: Occasionally up to 20 lbs. of work time
• Computer use: Frequently 4 - 8 hours of work time
• Sitting: Frequently 4 - 8 hours of work time
• Walking/standing: Frequently 2 - 5 hours of work time
• Driving: Occasionally ½ - 2 hours of work
