Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations (Ops) Manager located in Miami, FL. The Ops Manager will oversee terminal operations, manage staff, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure efficient handling and storage of marine cargo. Responsibilities include monitoring terminal activities, optimizing workflow, maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations, managing budgets, and improving operational processes. The Ops Manager will also be responsible for resolving issues, facilitating inspections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
