Manages the day to day construction execution of projects that develop and sustain Port
infrastructure including but not limited, to vendor selection, contractor contractual
requirements, construction supervision, field administration, field engineering, and quality
assurance.
small to large complex and diverse construction projects
Port Houston operations, budgeting, execution, delivery, communication, scheduling
and startup/commissioning
recommend improvements and efficiencies and assist in developing improved processes
completed project meets scope, schedule, and budget requirements
extensions, project photos, etc.
project(s) with Port Houston staff, consultants, contractors, and third-party entities
Record (EOR) and contractors
projects and the generation of quality proposals
external design consultants in addressing prospective bidder/proposer questions
