Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Facilities Maintenance Manager located in Cranbury, NJ. The Facilities Maintenance Manager will oversee facility operations by managing maintenance teams, identifying and addressing repair needs, and ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning efficiently. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, coordinating third-party repairs, supervising projects, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining the safety, functionality, and operational excellence of our facilities.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination, or mechanical upkeep
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and preventative maintenance practices
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines efficiently
  • Familiarity with managing vendor relationships and contracts for repair or maintenance services
  • Experience with building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility repairs
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and leadership skills for team supervision and cross-department collaboration
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional technical certifications or training in facilities management or related fields is a plus
