Your Role in Our Mission
The Substance Use Disorder Specialist (CADC or LCASA) provides screening, assessment, treatment planning, IOP coverage, and therapeutic services to adults and children with substance use needs. This role involves facilitating group therapy, collaborating with clinical teams and referral sources, and supporting clients through aftercare planning and community referrals. The SUD Specialist also ensures accurate documentation, supports crisis intervention, and promotes a safe, therapeutic environment. Services are provided under clinical supervision.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive rate: Starting from $22.60 per hour and up for CADC and $25.00 per hour and up for LCAS-A
- Generous paid time off and paid holidays

- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer
- In house supervision or stipend for outside supervision
- Skills: Knowledge of therapeutic practices, group facilitation techniques, as well as problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis.
- Licensure: Provisional Licensure preferred: LCAS-A
- CADC required – full certification
- 2 years of experience in Substance Abuse services
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
