Your Role in Our Mission
As the QP / Program Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the 24-hour treatment team in Greenville, NC. You will be in charge of compliance, team training, as well as monitoring the budget and administrative policies. You will also provide site supervision as well as direct supervision of the 12 staff to ensure growth, consistency, and continued financial viability of the program.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: Starting from $50,000 based on experience.
- Full-time Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week, along with evenings and weekends as needed.

- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field with experience.
- CADAC certification is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience; in adolescent substance use preferred.
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
