Your Role in Our Mission
As Behavior Technician II (BT II), you will make a huge impact by support individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants’ primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Rate: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
- Receive a sign-on and retention bonus paid out at successful completion of 3, 6, and 12 months (full-time new hires only). Plus, additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits!

- BT II: Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee, or
- The ability to register as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee and be approved within 30 days of hire
- Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
