Your Role in Our Mission
As a Direct Care Technician, on the team you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a therapeutic and safe group environment and attending to the welfare and basic needs of clients. You will provide informal counseling in the detox center that involve behavioral techniques, reality therapy, supportive encouragement and socialization skills for the clients.

We Are Currently Hiring For
Schedule
- Part time: Night shift: 12am to 8am up to 3 shifts per week to include every other weekend.
- Competitive salary: $15.00 hourly
- 403(b) Retirement Plan

- Entry-level, on-the-job training is provided
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Peer support certification a plus, but is not required
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
