We are currently seeking dedicated, reliable, and caring individuals to join our team as Youth Care Workers.
Position Summary
Youth Care Workers are responsible for the day-to-day supervision, support, and guidance of youth in a residential setting. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where youth can learn, grow, and heal.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities and well-being of youth
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including assistance with meal preparation and housekeeping
- Support youth in developing healthy life choices and social skills
- Follow and enforce the daily routine in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Respond to emergencies in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Participate in non-violent crisis intervention and follow youth safety plans
- Maintain accurate documentation including headcounts, behavior observations, logbook entries, and incident reports
- Facilitate one-on-one discussions and skill groups as guided by treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding concerns or incidents
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Uphold client confidentiality and ethical standards
Shifts & Scheduling
- Various shift lengths available (4, 8, 10, or 12 hours)
- Evening, holiday, and weekend availability required
- Rotating weekend schedule
- Overtime opportunities available

Pay: $22.28 - $24.06 per hour
