Job Summary

We are seeking a Showroom Consultant for our showroom. You will assist homeowners, builders, and designers with product selection and order placement for renovation and new construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in showroom customers and scheduled appointments.
• Help clients select appropriate plumbing fixtures based on project blueprints, design styles, and budgets.
• Generate accurate price quotes and process orders through our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain regular communication with builders, plumbers, and designers regarding order status.
• Coordinate with our warehouse team to track incoming inventory and customer pick-ups.
• Keep showroom displays organized, accurate, and properly priced.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Preferred experience in sales, customer service, or plumbing/building industry.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy for processing quotes, managing emails, and looking up inventory.
• Familiar with creating photobooks/ spec books for clients
• Dependable schedule adherence and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

• This is a salary plus commission position.
