Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Movers role based in Mooresville, NC. Movers are responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading residential and commercial customers’ belongings, including furniture, appliances, and office equipment. Day-to-day tasks include packing items using appropriate materials, wrapping and securing goods to prevent damage, and operating moving equipment such as dollies, ramps, and company trucks as directed. Movers will work as part of a team to plan truck layouts, follow schedules and route instructions, and maintain clean and organized trucks and work areas. The role also involves providing courteous customer service, following safety protocols, and completing basic paperwork or checklists related to each move.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy items safely throughout the workday.
- Experience with packing, wrapping, and securing items for transport, using moving equipment and tools properly.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow directions and coordinate tasks with other movers and supervisors.
- Basic time management and organizational skills to follow schedules, maintain order in trucks and storage areas, and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Customer service skills, including a professional demeanor, respect for customers’ property, and the ability to address questions or concerns on-site.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred; experience driving large vehicles or box trucks is a plus.
