About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to own the operational side of marketing execution across our growing footprint. This role supports our Director of Marketing and serves as the primary liaison between the marketing team and our cafe and district management teams.

You'll work across community partnerships, new location launches, seasonal campaigns, vendor management, event logistics, and local search optimization. You'll be in our cafes and in the community regularly, not just behind a screen.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational execution of new location launches, including pre-opening timelines, signage coordination, Google Business Profile setup, and launch checklist management
- Coordinate community partnership programs across all markets, managing outreach and follow-through with local organizations and nonprofits
- Act as the marketing liaison to cafe managers and district managers, ensuring seasonal materials and promotional assets are delivered on time
- Manage vendor and sponsor relationships for merchandise, promotional materials, grab-and-go partnerships, and event supplies
- Handle event logistics for grand openings, community activations, local festivals, and company-wide initiatives
- Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles across all locations
- Track marketing budgets at the location level, manage invoice creation, and keep spend reporting current
- Support seasonal menu launch coordination, catering outreach, and ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, event planning, or a related operational role
- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality background is a meaningful plus
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of hitting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you'll be in regular contact with cafe teams, community partners, vendors, and leadership
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile management and basic design tools (Adobe Express or similar)
- Comfortable with regular travel across Southeastern NC for in-market presence
- A genuine connection to community and an understanding of what it means to show up for the people and places around you
Compensation
$42,500–$50,000 annually, based on experience. Company-issued laptop and cell phone, standard salaried benefits, and mileage reimbursement.
