Job Overview:
We're looking for skilled, safety-focused Concrete Mixer Truck Drivers to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely transporting and delivering ready-mix concrete to job sites across the Charleston and Greater Charleston area. We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to getting the job done right.

- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, batch plant staff, and job site personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Commitment to professionalism and courtesy, both with customers and fellow team members
- Maintain proper handling and slump of concrete during transit and unloading.
- Keep accurate delivery records and daily driver logs.
- Willingness to keep our concrete mixer trucks in top shape, including cleaning and chipping as needed, and ensuring all fluids and tire pressure are at their prime.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL – Class B minimum).
- Prior experience operating either a front load or rear load mixer truck or similar heavy equipment preferred.
- Ability to read and understand delivery tickets and follow verbal instructions.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment and various weather conditions.
- Strong focus on safety and teamwork.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and have a positive attitude.

- 40 - 70 hours per week
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Experience:
- Concrete Mixer Truck: 1 year (Required)
- Front Discharge: 1 year (Preferred)
- Rear Discharge: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
