Job Overview:

We're looking for skilled, safety-focused Concrete Mixer Truck Drivers to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely transporting and delivering ready-mix concrete to job sites across the Charleston and Greater Charleston area. We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to getting the job done right.

Sign-On Bonus:

• $500 after 90 days of employment
• $500 after 6 months of employment
• $1000 after 1 year of employment
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, batch plant staff, and job site personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Commitment to professionalism and courtesy, both with customers and fellow team members
• Maintain proper handling and slump of concrete during transit and unloading.
• Keep accurate delivery records and daily driver logs.
• Willingness to keep our concrete mixer trucks in top shape, including cleaning and chipping as needed, and ensuring all fluids and tire pressure are at their prime.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL – Class B minimum).
• Prior experience operating either a front load or rear load mixer truck or similar heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand delivery tickets and follow verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment and various weather conditions.
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and have a positive attitude.

• Front Discharge: 1 year (Preferred)
