Love being around boats and working outdoors? Port 32 Cape Coral is looking for a reliable, hardworking Dockhand to join our marina team. If you enjoy staying active, working on the water, and helping boaters enjoy their day, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Help members dock and secure their boats
- Flush and rinse engines after use
- Assist with fueling boats safely
- Keep the docks and marina clean and organized
- Help with daily marina operations alongside our Dockmasters
- Deliver great customer service to our members and guests
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in the Florida heat
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Boating experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Weekend and holiday availability required

- Full-Time & Part-Time Available
- Starting Pay: $15/hour
