Position Overview
Porsche Riverside is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting internal technicians and retail customers with parts inquiries, orders, and inventory support while delivering a premium brand experience consistent with Porsche standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories
- Support service technicians with accurate and timely parts fulfillment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Porsche parts catalogs and systems
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently
- Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and inventory tracking
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
- Upsell and recommend additional parts or accessories when appropriate
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts experience required (luxury or European brand preferred)
- Familiarity with parts catalog systems.(CDK)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (DMS systems, Microsoft Office)
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $45,000 $75,000 annually (DOE Depending on Experience)
