Position overview
The scope of the position covers responsibilities with the area of Aftersales (AS).
Porsche Latin America supports a network of 15 importers and 41 Porsche Centers throughout 21 countries in Central and South America, and the Caribbean. Our mission is to ensure spare part and accessories business, develop and implement strategic projects, and build and maintain positive relationships with our customers, importers and local partners.
Roles & responsibilities
Regional management:
- Monitoring of (small) markets targets and strategic KPIs and provide reporting
- Preparation and coordination of yearly Business Plans and quarterly follow-up
- Coordination of market queries, needs and escalations within team
- Monitoring status and ensuring implementation of strategic projects and standards
Project Management:
Accident Damage Management (ADM) responsibilities:
- Ensuring updates of body repair standards and requirements
- Ensuring standard fulfillment in the region, including coordination of audits
- Development of measures to grow body parts turnover and communication/marketing
Porsche Service Consulting (PSC) coordination responsibilities:
- Development and updating of program contents and concepts in alignment with headquarters
- Development of selection process for PSC candidates
- Coordination of local PSC consultants and missions
Porsche Service Dealer Review (PSDR, dealer audits) coordination responsibilities:
- System administration and preparation
- Coordination of dealer visits
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education
- College degree, in business administration or related field preferred
Experience
- 3 years of automotive retail and/or wholesale experience, profound understanding of Aftersales operations, luxury/premium brand experience preferred
- Proven experience in project management
- Working experience in the automotive industry, preferably Aftersales and luxury/premium brand
- Knowledgeable about the diversity of International Markets, segments and cultures, especially those in Latin America
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English required, Spanish desired
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects at the same time
- Creative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to structure information
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivator who can work independently of supervision
- Ability to set and meet strict deadlines
- Good presentation skills
- Computer proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP desired)

Physical requirements
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud.
