Position Summary
As a C-Level Technician, you will perform maintenance services, basic diagnostics, and repair work while working alongside a highly skilled team of Porsche-certified technicians and service professionals. This position offers a clear pathway for advancement and manufacturer training.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair services
- Complete multipoint inspections and document findings
- Conduct basic diagnostic procedures
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, and drivability repairs
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Follow Porsche and dealership repair procedures
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Automotive technician experience required
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- High-line luxury brand experience strongly preferred (Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lexus, Jaguar Land Rover, etc.)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- ASE certifications are a plus
