Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Porsche Brand Ambassador (Sales Consultant) to join our elite sales team. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-oriented environment and has a passion for luxury automobiles.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through walk-ins, phone leads, referrals, and online inquiries
- Guide clients through a professional, high-integrity sales process from initial consultation through vehicle delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Porsche products, features, and training programs
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Existing dealership clients and leads will be provided
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven success in automotive sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to structure lease and finance options effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Compensation & Benefits
- First-year sales representatives typically earn between $100,000–$200,000 annually
