We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors professionally and assist with check-in procedures, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with promptness and accuracy
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports and correspondence
  • Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area

Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with phone etiquette and customer support is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients or patients
  • Familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks or similar tools is advantageous
  • Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist, or in personal assistant roles involving calendar management and data entry, is beneficial
