We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our terrific team members with energy and vision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of lumberyard operations, drive business growth, and ensure company excellence.
Duties
- Accounts receivable and credit oversight.
- Lead, develop, and manage all employees.
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall Yard performance.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
- Address employee and customer concerns, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe lumberyard environment.
- Ability to estimate and sell homes, additions, and various building projects to contractors and homeowners.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
