Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize rental properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces
- Perform detailed floor care such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of surfaces
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and essentials to ensure guest comfort
- Conduct inspections to verify that all areas meet cleanliness standards and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
- Maintain high levels of sanitation by adhering to health guidelines and safety protocols during all cleaning activities
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with property managers or hosts regarding cleaning schedules or special requests
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and custodial procedures
- Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
