Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relocation Counselor based in Stow, OH, with the option for some remote work. The Relocation Counselor will assist clients in navigating the relocation process by providing personalized support, rental market expertise, and local insights. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, identifying suitable long-term rental options, coordinating property viewings, assisting with lease negotiations, and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients to ensure a smooth transition into their new homes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property Consulting and an understanding of Real Estate markets
- Strong skills in Consulting and Communication to effectively guide and support clients
- Proficiency in providing excellent customer service and addressing customer needs with professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional in-office requirements
- Familiarity with the relocation process is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in real estate, relocation, or a customer service-related field
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
