The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who isn’t just good at making beautiful things…
but someone who gets brand, storytelling, digital aesthetics, and strategic thinking.
This is a part-time role that will grow into full-time as we scale.
If you’re creative, versatile, and love wearing many hats, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Work On
You don’t need to know everything but you should have range and curiosity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Brand identity design (logos, colors, type, patterns, brand assets)
- Social media graphics content support (Reels covers, carousels, templates)
- Web design updates inside platforms like Showit, Squarespace, or Shopify
- Marketing assets for launches, campaigns, and content
- Moodboards, creative direction, concept development
- Light copy support (caption ideas, taglines, etc.)
- Support on client projects internal Porch Studio initiatives
Bonus Skills We’d Love (but not required):
- Landing page layout or light UX
- Social strategy or planning
- Brand strategy interest
- Experience with e-commerce brands
- Understanding of storytelling aesthetics
- Photography or video editing
- Email marketing design (ConvertKit, Flodesk, etc.)

- A designer with taste (your eye matters more than your years)
- Obsessed with beauty, wellness, and culture
- Curious, self-directed, and always leveling up
- Comfortable working in a small, creative studio
- Have a strong portfolio with at least 3–5 real or mock projects
- Comfortable with feedback and collaboration
- You think like a creative AND a problem-solver
- Excited about growing into more strategy, direction, and leadership over time
Compensation
- $17–$20/hr based on experience
- 15–25 hours per week to start
- Growth into full-time within 3–6 months for the right person
- Flexibility, creative freedom, and mentorship from a founder-led studio
Location
- Dallas preferred (occasional meetups creation days)
- Open to remote US-based candidates
