Responsibilities and Duties
- Booking and Rescheduling patients
- Managing prior authorizations and patient communication
- Patient Vitals
- Injections
- Work as an insurance liaison
- Communicate with providers on a respectful and professional level
- Administrative work
- Managing and operating clinic including but not limited to cleaning, managing paperwork and data
- Opening and closing facility
- Guiding patients through new paperwork and contracts and medical protocols
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Be willing to understand and navigate multiple patient medical record platforms
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Reliable transportation and willing to travel to multiple rural locations within the area
- Active Driver's License
