Responsibilities- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, repairing, and profiling to ensure proper epoxy adhesion.
- Mix epoxy resins, hardeners, and other coating materials according to manufacturer specifications.
- Apply epoxy coatings using hand tools and power equipment, ensuring smooth, even, and professional finishes.
- Operate equipment such as grinders, sanders, buffing machines, and other specialized flooring tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow project specifications, drawings, and installation procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Work effectively with team members to complete projects on schedule.
- Assist with other construction-related tasks as needed.
- Previous experience installing epoxy flooring or working in construction is preferred.
- Experience with concrete preparation, construction painting, or trim carpentry is a plus.
- Handyman experience is beneficial.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings or schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
- Owning a pickup truck or work truck is preferred.
- A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
- Experience towing trailers or transporting construction equipment is a plus.
