This is a full-time hybrid role for a Catering Sales Manager, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with flexibility for remote work. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for generating catering sales, developing strong relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing catering inquiries, planning and coordinating events, collaborating with the food & beverage team, and ensuring seamless execution of catering orders from start to finish. The role also involves creating strategies to drive sales growth and meeting revenue goals.
- Proven experience in Catering Sales and a track record of developing and closing business opportunities
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to establish and maintain positive client relationships
- Event Planning expertise to coordinate and execute client events with precision and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage trends and the ability to work closely with production teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
